In the early years of building Beimeni we met with a well-known professional athlete to receive some initial feedback on our concept and best way to structure our company. After our presentation the athlete validated the demand in the marketplace for our services and shared with how impressed he was. We were excited and asked if he had any questions. He thought for a second, looked us right in the eye and boldly asked, “Why you? Why you? I have people from all over the country trying to pitch me ideas. I have agents, attorneys, and financial planners advising me on how to invest my money. Why you?”
We have since spent the last 5 years working tirelessly to not only answer that question, but ensure we are best equipped to answer that question better than anyone else.

The nature of real estate brokerage is in many transactions the Seller of the asset compensates brokers on both sides of the deal for their services. So, in scenarios where Beimeni clients are purchasing real estate assets or investments, often the other side of the transaction will cover the expense of Beimeni’s expertise services. In cases where Beimeni’s services are not covered, Beimeni clients will always be informed upfront of exactly what the cost of services will be, with commissions earned only upon the successful closing of a transaction.
